Lovely setting but restaurant was closed. Luckily receptionist found us excellent restaurant nearby with very good taxi service there and back.

Recommendable

Regularly travelling within France, I´m aware of the difficulty to find a good hotel. Cleanliness and overall condition are often an issue. Not here. This is hotel has a very special ambience. The rooms are reasonable large and very clean – at least mine. The service is multi-lingual. Best was the dinner. Although not ordered a day in advance, as this is recommended by the hotel manager, I could get one. There was no choice for the main course. Nevertheless, it was one of the best menus I ever had. Stéphane did it excellent.

Super Service

Wir waren auf einer motorradtour und mussten spät noch ein Zimmer buchen. Die Wahl viel auf dieses Hotel. Als wir gegen19:30 ankamen haben wir erfahren dass Abendessen möglich ist aber nur nach Voranmeldung vor 18 Uhr. Mit dem Motorrad wollten wir nicht ins nahe gelegene Selestat. Der Wirt war super nett und hat eine kalte Platte mit Wurst und Käse zubereitet. Plus etwas vom Abendmenü und das Dessert vom Abend. Bier gabs vom Fass und die Flasche Wein war günstig. Sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel.

Excellente prestation

J'y ai été reçue et j'y ai dormi comme à la maison, si ce n'est mieux! Malgré arrivée tardive et réservation sur hôtel.com non validée par l'hôtel (le mercredi uniquement jusqu'à 19h), l'hôte nous a reçu chaleureusement et nous a trouvé une chambre surclassée pour la nuit. Rez-de-chaussée avec salon ultra cosy et confortable où plane une fabuleuse odeur de moelleux au chocolat qui cuit pour le pdj du lendemain. Chambre spacieuse + grande salle de bain tout confort avec fenêtre. WC séparé. Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner plutôt complet avec sucré-salé, même si j'aurais bien aimé y trouver des œufs brouillés et bacon, et plus de choix. Agréable jardin. Bel état d'esprit avec l'utilisation de produits écolo, et l'hôte met un point d'honneur à ne pas débiter son client qui n'a pas consommé, malgré ce qui est renseigné sur hôtel.com. Restauration très sympathique aux alentours dans brasserie typique alsacienne tenue par maître restaurateur. J'ai adoré.

ausgezeichnet mit einer Ausnahme...

außer der Geschwindigkeit des Wifi gibt es nichts zu bemängeln...besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Hotelpersonals und das sehr gute Frühstück, wo auch besondere Wünsche auf Anfrage erfüllt werden. Auf keinen Fall den Tables d'Hotes verpassen...

Jolie demeure

La décoration de cette belle demeure est très réussie, l'accueil est chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner savoureux. Le point faible étant la situation de certaines chambres donnant sur une route très passagère tard le soir et tôt le matin. Ce désagrément doit être moins important l'hiver, les fenêtres étant fermées.
