"Tried to eat a meal during the week and found out they did did not have a cook that night. The person that opened the dining room did not when they would have a cook. They did have one on the weekend. The Wi-Fi was not very strong. The front desk said to reconnect and maybe we would get a strong signal. The building is old and needs some upkeeping."

"Long chaotic check in process, no explanation of how anything at the property worked (first time great wolf lodge guests). Charged me for pool towels after check out, despite not being told the towels had to be left at the pool. High school kids working the towel stands that gave no instruction and clearly hated their job. Charged multiple fees after check out with no itemized receipts and no reason given for charges. We booked an overnight room and left 2 hours after check in. We didn’t sleep...

"The staff was super helpful. I thought there was a restaurant, pool, and gym. They're there - but they're closed. That was a disappointment. But the bed was comfortable and the room clean. And the shower was great. The water pressue was perfect! "

"Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible...

"great location, clean and unique rooms and super friendly staff! Downsides: Elevators broke leaving just 1 which was small and slow. I chose to walk up 10 flights of stairs rather than wait 30 minutes. Bathroom sink water was dangerously hot and didn't get warm, it was either cold or burned you. This is on me for not realizing sooner but there wasn't really any amenities. No pool, hot tub, games, outdoor seating area and what they did have, breakfast, you had to pay for. "Our room was immaculately presented, super comfortable furniture and bedding and all the amenities you could need from a kitchen! We had a 1st floor villa and was incredibly close to the pool which was clean, warm and inviting!"

"The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!"

"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."
