"The buffet was horrible! Good luck getting a reservation at the restaurants. The hotel is showing its age. Paid for all inclusive but had to leave the hotel for all meals. Get a Airbnb or just go to a different hotel. Don’t waste your money!!
The staff was rude and didn’t care to help. The lady at the reservation deck should look for a new job!!!"
