"The biggest issue was the check-in process. Andryk was extremely stubborn and unhelpful, making what should have been a simple arrival unnecessarily frustrating. The attitude felt dismissive and rigid, with no willingness to assist or find solutions. Definitely not the level of service you expect, especially at a hotel like this.
Fortunately, Mr. Ernesto completely turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on resolving the situation. Thanks to him, the experience improved significantly. Staff like Ernesto make a real difference and reflect what hospitality should actually feel like.
On the positive side, the hotel does honor Expedia VIP Gold perks, which I appreciated — I received a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast without issues once things were handled properly.
The facilities are also very nice — clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
Overall, the hotel has great potential, but service consistency is key. If it weren’t for Ernesto stepping in, this would have been a very poor experience."
