"This was not a good experience. Some of the staff poor. Elevators not working, lack basic things such as toothpicks. It took hours after check in to get the room. The food was decent and the scenery was good. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel Sago Palm exceeded our expectation. To be clear my family usually stays at 4/5 star all inclusive resorts, its something we budget for and look forward to. We decided to take a chance on Hotel Sago Palm after seeing a few photos on Expedia. We were not disappointed. Yes, this is a small hotel. Yes, it does not have its own entertainment staff. Yes it has no grounds as such - but we knew all of that going in so it didn't come as a surprise. We're accustomed to contemporary design along with modern furniture and fixtures. All boxes checked. Hotel Sago Palm appears to be recently built and it is clear the owners appreciate finer fixtures and decor. That's very important to us. So everything worked smoothly. Hot water, A/C, in-room safe, WiFi, 48" TV, lighting fixtures - all modern and tasteful. The room is laid out logically and comfortable enough for a couple or small family. King bed, night tables, reading lights, desk, refrigerator, mirrored closet (with bathrobe, 2 slippers, ironing board and iron) along with an enclosed patio with a table and 2 chairs. From our upper deck room the enclosed patio glass window opened at waist height onto the pool deck. If you're nimble enough you could climb out of the room onto the deck. If not, the view was pleasing enough. Everywhere was clean and well-kept. Good complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff. Hilarious bar tender. Limited parking. No gardens. No views, but a great choice for a clean, modern stay in the heart of Ochi."

"The room was clean and everything inside was in excellent condition. The room came equipped with an ironing board, a fully functional iron, TV and Ac which was very convenient. The front desk staff were outstanding especially Shelby and Roxanne, who were professional, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. I had an amazing overall experience. Breakfast is complimentary and the dining experience was top-notch. You truly get great value for your money when dining here. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Traveled for my birthday and from the time we landed to the hotel there was nonstop bad service and misinformation. The staff in relations lounge went above and beyond to assist us despite the challenges. "

"This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. The house was musty the sofa was grimy and smelly , not even a bottle of water was in the kitchen and the coffee was stale and no creamer. There was no hot water in the bathroom not enough towels "
