"The staff are impeccable and attentive from the front desk to cleaning staff. The food there is good as well. There's no pork (it's Halal) which also means no bar or alcohol, this can be remedied by going to buy your own or getting an Uber drop off. My one complaint is the bathroom sink...it's so narrow that you get water everywhere when you turn it on. If you're coming from America bring wash cloths, they're not a thing in South Africa."

"The tvs are terrible if you enjoy watching Netflix....kept getting kicked out of the app it was not enjoyable. Room service sucks they are always out of certain things....simple things. Might I add there is a supermarket next door....why are you guys always out of things. The air conditioning was horrible....it could barely cool the room....this was my last stay at this hotel"

"The room was large and had all the amenities, but we didn't use the kitchen as we only stayed 2 nights. The room was noisy - busy roads and single-pane windows? Around the property, things seemed to be in a state of reconstruction, so walking along the sidewalks, especially at night (poor lighting) was hazardous. "Every single time I’ve stayed here my stuff is stolen , jewelry gone , designer bags and shoes gone and no one knows a thing or won’t do a thing. Had my stuff held at storage and expensive items were stolen. On top of that the staff is SO RUDE and disrespectful.
