"I would liked a complimentary coffee stand, or somewhere to get coffee from through out the day and not just at the restaurant. Otherwise my stay was fantastic and the staff was really friendly. Basil does excellent job with the grounds and all the beautiful flowers..Jose, who prepared our drinks was friendly and awesome as well. Front desk was lovely and helpful, and and I absolutely loved everything about the rooms ...I truly enjoyed my stay there and hope to return sometime in the future."

"Great location, clean rooms and linens, and a nice pool/beach area. However, the property feels dated and shabby in places. Some amenities were lacking or broken (burned-out light bulbs, broken iron, missing coffee maker). Pool/beach towels were worn. Our unit’s living/kitchen area had a single bed for a third guest but no air conditioning, and the bedroom A/C was undersized for the whole space. Overall decent stay but needs maintenance and better-equipped rooms."

"This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are good but the view from the balcony is amazing.
The pool is only small but the sea is right next to the hotel. There is a man made lagoon which means the sea is slightly sheltered, its not deep and you can snorkel there,
Food was amazing. Its all a la carte so sometimes you might have to wait a little for your meal but the drinks keep coming.
All the staff are friendly and as mentioned in every review - you have to join Michelle's rum...

"Great hotel would highly recommend it out of five stars. It gets 4 1/2 because it has two elevators but only one was working the whole time we were here, good thing it wasn’t crowded so you’re not waiting for the elevators. The other downside is they had only one restaurant for Saturday night makes no sense. How do you have a Saturday night and you only have one restaurant for the whole resort again they did well crowd control wise, but it’s a Saturday night. It should not be only one...

"The location and amenities of the Plum Tree make this place a special and amazing place to experience Barbados. I love the location and I love the homey feel of the units. I have stayed there several times and have recommended it to others. I feel peaceful there. The pool area is wonderful."
