"Food is top A class"

"Hotel needs to be updated, there was mold in my bathroom. A lot of seaweed on one part of the beach. It was just ok. Everything closed early with food."

"The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel."

"The layout of the property is perfect. Close proximity to pool and beach. Pool has a beautiful shape. Pool bar and restaurant integrated. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. It is so enticing that many birds including humming birds, toads, frogs, lizards, and cats, are all attracted to the property. Rooms have a fantastic patio facing all of this, perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beach is second-to-none. Soft white sand, warm water, nice waves. ...

"Great location, clean rooms and linens, and a nice pool/beach area. However, the property feels dated and shabby in places. Some amenities were lacking or broken (burned-out light bulbs, broken iron, missing coffee maker). Pool/beach towels were worn. Our unit’s living/kitchen area had a single bed for a third guest but no air conditioning, and the bedroom A/C was undersized for the whole space. Overall decent stay but needs maintenance and better-equipped rooms."

"My wife and I stayed here for her 50th birthday week celebration. The Hotel was EXCELLENT. It surpassed my expectations. The property was clean, staff was super friendly, and the room was gorgeous (we stayed in the penthouse suite). I highly recommend this room as the balcony views are outstanding! Restaurant food and staff, and bar staff were great! The room service was regular and on top notch. We asked for a few different things (pillows, more coffee, etc) and they were on top of it. ...

"Overall, our stay was less than average. We stayed for 5 nights and I killed 2 roaches within that timeframe. The majority of the staff that we came into contact with was rude! The beds are also very uncomfortable. We will not be back to this particular resort in the future."

"As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear....
