"The pictures look MUCH better than the property. For the rate I paid, I could've got much better. The pool chairs are all sunk in and worn out. The room was very shabby. It was overall very shabby. The pictures were probably taken when the property first opened if that was 10 years ago"

"The cleanliness and work by staff was outstanding. The Pool and premises were very beautiful. The nearness to the beach and good shopping is excellent. The things to be improved are the Internet. It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. "I loved my stay at Divi and can’t say enough good things. The beach area is amazing, the rooms are spacious, the grounds area is beautiful, even the lobby is nice to sip a cocktail while we waited for a taxi. Very walkable to everything and the onsite market and restaurant were super convenient. The breakfast had made to order eggs which was great also. Will definitely stay here again when I come back. "

"The property needs URGENT ATTENTION. Mosquitoes in room as there are shutters on top of the door that are not sealed. A hair was on the pillow. Sheets did not look 100% clean. Bathroom room mat was dirty. I can keep going but for what. Grass was well manicured. Hope the owner will spend some money to upgrade. I've been a. Exec"
