With a police station nearby, it was excellent in terms of security and was near a historic tourist attraction(白象街), so there was a nice building and lots to see."

"An amazing facility that is very convenient and well kept. You can access the metro via the connected mall, which means you can easily get anywhere even if it's raining. There is 24-hour room service via Wechat that can be used easily even if you don't speak Chinese. The staff are very kind and helpful if you need any help or suggestions."

I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot!
