Have to say if you paid me, I could not find anything bad to say about my stay. Using “friendly” as an adjective is an understatement. The staff were happy to help and my room was constantly being cleaned at a time of my convenience. The complementary breakfast was amazing. The rooms are modern and beautiful. One staff member would always say. “Welcome home” when I came back from leaving the hotel— wonderful stay!

My stay at Hilton Pattaya was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and unmatched convenience sitting right above Central Festival. The breakfast was lavish, fresh, and beautifully varied every single morning. Room service was remarkably prompt, with every request handled smoothly and efficiently. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the genuine warmth and dedication of the team. The staff throughout the property are exceptionally attentive, polite, and always eager to assist. A special highlight of my trip was when I decided to extend my stay. Even though the hotel was completely fully booked, the Front Desk Manager went far out of her way to make it work. She managed to find me a room and even arranged an outstandingly generous offer that exceeded all my expectations. That level of hospitality and personal care is rare to find. Hilton Pattaya has easily earned my loyalty, and it will undeniably be my first and only choice whenever I return to Pattaya. Highly recommended!

If you’re American and don’t speak Thai, this is the place for you. This is comparable to any 5 star hotel in the states. Be prepared for humidity. The staff was extremely helpful, gym was clean, spa was amazing, rooftop bar was amazing. Food was international and great. Pool was nice too with an excellent staff.
