"Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. "

"Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. They arranged my tours, accommodated my requests, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Their warm hospitality made all the difference.
