"The rooms were large and comfortable with desk and lounge type seating. The bathroom was large but the space around the sink was quite tight. My main issue was how hard the mattress is. I would have slept much better if the mattress was softer or if the hotel offered a topper to soften the mattress for those that need it. "

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bus shuttle drivers are extremely helpful with customer needs in mind. Best location in the park! Dinner buffet is great, breakfast is so, so. Facilities are aging but ok, given the circumstances. Some cleaning details are needed, but not too bad. Overall, a pleasant staying experience that exceeds my expectations."

"The O’Gallery is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. This is a 4-5 star hotel w/o question. Service and our room were impeccable. Food outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to insure that our every need was met. We would definitely rebook in the future. "
