"Should spend money to renovate the room. Building definitely needs fresh paint. Everything just looks very old. But the dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staffs are very polite, pleasent, friendly and helpful."

"The owners were very nice and hospitable. They drove us to the bus station to get to Alishan and arranged for dinner reservations since it’s not in a central location with a lot of dining or transportation options. Felt very homey. "

"Clean room and great location, close to a lot of nearby attractions like Fenqi Lake, walking trails, tea tasting and Sakura blossoms (in Feb to March). delicious breakfast with homemade eggs, chicken, mashed potato, fries, porridge, coffee, soy milk, bread, etc. walking distance to a great sunrise spot. I will be thinking of the hot pot dinner, lots of delicious homegrown mountain veggies. Staff are super friendly."

"The O’Gallery is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. This is a 4-5 star hotel w/o question. Service and our room were impeccable. Food outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to insure that our every need was met. We would definitely rebook in the future. "

"Love this hotel! Relatively clean, and the staff are amazing. They also gave us the number for a private driver when we needed to return from Alishan National Park. We stayed in both the Superior Quadruple Room and Superior Double Room across 3 nights, and they were both lovely. The Double room felt like it was a bit newer/cleaner, with plush tatami, while the Quadruple room was amazing but felt a bit worn out with one of the Japanese seating pillows having a really faint smell of urine? "我們這次入住是景觀房，房間也算大，我們住的是3樓從房間望出去剛好前方正在蓋大樓，但還是可以看到一些綠色草皮，房間位置配置都還蠻好的，但浴室蓮蓬頭的水溫會忽冷忽熱，洗澡真是一種挑戰，希望這方面可以改進。 早餐的部分是提供中式西式合併的套餐，只有飲料可以自助選擇，可能是我們是平日住宿，所以提供的是套餐。 整體來說，地理位置離市區偏遠，喜歡遠離城市或是打高爾夫球的人是不錯的選擇。"
