"Excellent property. Staff were nice and accommodating. They managed to provide a rollaway bed even when it was raining outside. Room was clean and comfortable. It is indeed a great value for money."

"Our room was so lovely, I had asked for the highest floor and a view of the lovely clock tower. We had both,. The amazing waiter at the restauant Taverna Banfi named Joseph was the real deal. He went way out of his way to offer us the most lovely experience. The food was so interesting and delicious, He also went and got me a hat with the Cornell logo when I told him we were celebrating my grandfather who taught at Cornell for his entire adult life and who cared so much about the University. Could not say enough about the Stattler. Will be back soon and on the regular."

"I booked an ADA room around a month and a half in advance, prior to my stay. I am a wheelchair user, with limited mobility and the majority of my trips I travel alone. Upon arriving to the hotel, it was a surprise that the only two ADA rooms available were fully booked despite having paid for my reservation at the time of booking. For this trip, my mom traveled with me, and she was able to help me access the restroom but I want to know what the hotel would've done had I been by myself. How would they have accomodated me or another wheelchair user traveler? If I booked and paid in advance, priority of room should be given. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this place again."

"Great location. Right at the edge of the Gaffer District, meaning it was a very short walk from our room to the end of the GlassFest block party. A short walk to the bus stops for the Corning Museum of Glass, and not a very long walk (about a mile) to the museum itself, which is very pleasant when the weather is nice. The parking lot was crowded (Memorial Day weekend), but I had no problem finding a spot. The hotel staff said that they would issue overnight permits for the municipal lot next door for any guest who could not find a spot in the hotel lot, which is wonderful."

"Def avoid. Rooms were not clean, shower does not drain. Just to wash my face, the water was already up to my ankles. Asked them to fix the drain the following day and they did not. The one hook in the bathroom was falling off, doesnt even hold the towel up. The furniture were peeling, half the outlets didn't even work. The pillows were so thick, it strained my neck. Had to hike the next 2 days with a stiff neck. And the breakfast was very poor with barely any variety. The coffee was not hot, the creamers and jams provided were mediocre, barely any fruit. Just apples and toast. Only good thing was they had a waffle maker."
