"You asked about my stay and cleanliness so I say this. The first room we were given appeared to have fleas in the carpet. This could have been helped perhaps by vacuuming the carpet. My experience was that my legs and feet were being bitten by something the minute I walked into the room. My husband complained and we were moved to another room. The biting and scratching stopped after we were moved moved to another room. "

"Great location for a heels football game. Nice little bar too. Rooms are nice, clean and roomy. My college boys and girlfriend all came over to use the nice showers. It’s a home to Franklin street for most probably, but very walkable to campus and football game. It’s a go too for us…. The nearby restaurants are really really good so check them out too."

"The initial rooms which i stayed for 2 nights - toilet tap water dripping, aircond on and off sound was loud and worst of all the fridge was extremely noisy. Room was dated. "

"The hotel shares a common shared space with an Italian restaurant and a BP gas station convenience store, so we didn’t need to travel to eat dinner or get snacks or gas. The area felt safe. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms facing the highway are a little noisy due to traffic noise, but that should be expected. Overall, we would stay at the hotel again."
