En revanche, le service est limite catastrophique pour un établissement de cette gamme (comme four seasons). Meme si tout le monde est gentil et sympathique, il faut demander plusieurs fois les choses par whatsapp (lu des heures apres) ou par telephone. Avec un peu de chance on finit par avoir ce quon veut que ca soit dans la chambre (menage, eau, serviettes),...
