"Excellent helpful thoughtful enthusiastic staff. Large property, really professionally well-run, with direct acess to the beach. Many pools. Good food. Dinner and drinks at sunset. Consistently superb, friendly customer service — they seem genuinely happy to see you. Pleasant relaxing stay. Virtually no need to leave the resort."

"The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower
Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold.
I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not...

"Amazing stay! Staff were so nice! We did a lot around the area so did not really stay much during the day but the staff still made the most effort to create a genuine connection with us and made us coffees to go for our day trips every morning!! The room was also so spacious and cleaned daily!!"
