"The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off.
When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter.
The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean."

"We paid $330 a night. The reviews make this place seem nice. No elevator meaning we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs, wall air conditioning barely worked it became extremely hot in the middle of the night, no iron, free breakfast was cereal and oatmeal, there was no staff to call after 10 PM, and when we checked out no one again to talk to. Seriously, we paid less to stay in way better hotels in Telluride, Aspen, and Manitou Springs. Don’t stay here?"
