Cari Hotel di Ceredigion

"Beautiful location"

"It was a very windy day which exposed the lack of insulation and how the cold air got in. The room was freezing, the heating cam on but for too short a time the room was already freezing and did not warm up. I had an air fan and an oil radiator on but the amount of cold air getting in did not mean the room could ever get cosy. Which is a shame as the views were lovely and the bed was comfortable. The shower was not very good it kept spitting very hot water that was too hot and temperature...

"It was too noisy: the wind howling off the sea and it sounded like a water tank filling for about 5 seconds every minute. It was also too bright and I couldn’t find a switch to turn off the hall light. Also, the TV remote control didn’t work."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The only thing was having to walk from their car park to the hotel which wasn’t very well signed but in all fairness was I could have read about this before checking in. Staff were amazing and so very friendly. They were happy to help and offer advice throughout the stay. Dinner and breakfast was lovely. Cocktails great and overall a beautiful stay - if I could have stayed an extra night I would have done. Our room was up in the rafters and was superb. A twin...

"Excellent staff, lovely rooms and lovely food all at a reasonable price, thank you"

"All the staff I came across had a lovely helpful attitude. The room was basic, but that was what I paid for. Every where was clean. They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep. Didn't have breakfast, but did have an evening meal which was OK nothing special."

"Lots of space for parking,no Wi-Fi,I will give 2-3star,£90 for one night not worth it"

"Dinner, bed and breakfast. All to a very high standard. Bedroom with a great view and ambiance too."

"The room [room 10, double en suite] was nothing like the pictures. First you had to lean on the door to get in cos it's too big for the frame. Then once you are in it smelled like a teenage boys room, sweat and lynx. The carpet was badly worn and peeling off the floor, the cheap divan base was broken so the mattress was either springy or wavy, didn't dare actually look at the mattress... Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the...

"It is what it is: a modest guesthouse. The room was clean, the lounge was not. There was breakfast, but it was modest. The house is quiet. The location is relatively convenient, and very near the promenade."

"What a lovely stay! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a super comfortable bed! The staff were all so friendly, happy and helpful, making us feel really welcome. The cosy, atmospheric bar and dining area was a lovely place to spend the evening, with fantastic food and a beautiful selection of wines and whiskies. Breakfast was equally delicious, with the Eggs Benedict an absolute must! A really lovely place to stay, full of character and warmth. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and...

"Good large clean airy room, comfy pillows, bed bit uncomfortable due to having 2 single bed bases so felt the wood in the middle so couldnt sleep next to my fiance, would benefit with a mattress topper, supplied tea coffee etc and restocked when asked, we had a great stay."

"The heating in our room wasn't working when we arrived but it was sorted whilst we had supper which was great. The information on the website needs to be changed to say that there is no parking and directions to the nearest car parks added. Other than that, a pleasant room and nice food both in the bar and at breakfast."

"Overall, the Hotel was okay quite surprised not to be greeted on arrival just finding an envelope with my name on."
