"Check in and out was easy. The price and facilities were reasonable reasonable for a short stay. Breakfast was good, but could add fruit and porridge for vegans/ vegetarians."

"Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about)."

"Staff really friendly and helpful, service good, booked a delux room, which seemed really tired when I got in it, I don’t normally ask to move rooms, but glad I did as was then given a lovely room that was pictured on their website, lovely roll top bath, sea views, the staff didn’t mind me asking to move."
