"This is an incredible location with stunning views of the Chateau! The personnel were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. In particular, Mathis went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He even took our bags and gave us a private tour! We had an amazing time in this absolutely gorgeous hotel. "Staff were fantastic!! No lighting on our floor; very dark. Separate toilet as you enter room was odd and old style. No holder for toilet paper? Main bathroom nice reno. Many doors and unused space. Carpet should be replaced. No tv. Disappointing breakfast buffet. "

"We had a lovely couple of nights here. So quiet and relaxing, a true luxurious and romantic place. We had the lodge with the hot tub which had gorgeous views of the pond (number 17). Slight issue with horse flies when walking to and from the main area through the woods but they didn’t like insect repellent so that worked well. One slight downer was we didn’t get asked if we wanted to book tables for dinner in the evenings and one night was fully booked with what must have been non resident...
