"Was a great stay"

"Breakfast buffets were. Excellent with many varieties of food choices staffs are extremely helpful. Staffs at the reception were also extremely helpful for my additional reservations for another 4 nights at this hotel I stayed for a total of eight nights. This is my fifth stays at Best western Plus since year 2023and have seen many improvements to now. Buffets breakfast was the most enjoyable thing to have. I always feel safe at Best Western Plus Angeles City."

"Very clean with two nice pools , my son loved the roof top pool and restaurant , only issues I had was the bay had a lot of jelly fish and the kids revived a couple stings , but the staff was very helpful and treated his stings quickly , definitely recommend this hotel"

"I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting. What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. It felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. For the price of this resort, I expected much better. There are...

"The best and most beautiful pool and indoor out door bar lobby set up. And you get all the sports you could ever need from America , Australia, South America and all over the world. Ultimate relaxation. And it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life. Speaking of restaurants, the best food from all over the world right there in their bar/lobby restaurant."

"Great location and amenities. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options it became our brunch. The rooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Staff were nice and prompt with assisting us especially with our luggages. My only recommendation is for the corkage fee to be posted upfront to avoid surprises when checking in."
