"This was exactly what I wanted! Simple, quiet with spectacular views! I was prepared to be off the grid… so the power outages were no big deal. I stayed in a treehouse with two teenagers. The pool is lovely. The restaurant food is great with an amazing view. The nearby Salt Pond Beach is beautiful and not crowded. "The hotel and the mariira are impecable. The pool is alot of fund with live music and food at the swim up bar. Food was great Both beaches are the only thing that could improve to have more sand and cleaner entrance in the beach. On both beaches there is a lot of rock and not space to relax and swim I. "What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"

"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "
