"No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."

"The property itself is high standing and clean. However, I had issue with hot water that took one day to fix, there was water outage for hours and I could not shower to go run my errands, the breakfast could be better with fruits. "

"1. Service desk did not even know that we were coming. 2. The booking did not match the Room we got. 3. Book a queen size bed but got a Twin bed instead. 4. Property was dirty, sheets were not changed and full of stains. Would not recommend to stay"

"The room had no AC and was too hot 🔥. They could not fix it despite my complaints. The room fridge was not able to cool the water. "
