"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

"Achei um pouco desorganizado, sempre que cheguei na recepção não encontro ninguém. Apenas um lençol para o casal, o adicional teria de pagar. Quarto não tinha cofre (como descrito na imagem), internet não funcionou quando precisei, hóspedes com caixinhas de som e várias ao mesmo tempo na piscina, café da manhã com mosquitos (preferimos comer em outro local no domingo e na segunda), sem estacionamento e a rua minúscula repleta de carros. Enfim, poderiam ser mais claros quando algumas coisas no...

"The keys kept malfunctioning which was a little frustrating since our room was very far from the front desk. The air conditioner took a long time to start working but thankfully it did after a while. Breakfast was good and the cute kittens running around were a definite highlight :)"
