The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling. "The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The property's jungle setting and landscaping made me feel like I was in a jungle. And while not a nightly occurrence, having howler monkeys howling the first evening really set the tone to remind me I wasn't in California.
