"RENT A CAR! This resort is on top of a very large hill and without our car we would’ve needed a taxi to get back up everytime. Would definitely come back. San Ignacio is a very vibrant town with lots to do. This resort was very accommodating to us during our stay. Very clean and well kept. The landscape was beautiful especially for a night walk. The staff was always at our service for anything we needed. "

"Love the lodge feel and extremely kind and helpful staff. Our family stayed for three nights. Since driving the last mile was a little challenging, we opted to have dinners every night at the Lodge. Great service and wonderful food, but a bit on the pricier side compared to eating in town. We did the ATM excursion through the lodge. Xuanantunich was so close, we opted to drive via our rental and hired a private guide for $50 on-site. We did tubing on-site which was a flat 30-minute walk about...

"We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. They even made sure berries were made available for me during breakfast. The grounds were clean and beautiful with tons of hiking options. ...

"It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. I'd still highly recommend it."

"I was blown away by how nice Table Rock Resort was when we arrived. We stayed in a riverside room and it was much nicer than I imagined based on the pictures online. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our rental car. The location is aout 15 minutes from downtown San Ignacio but feels very remote. We heard Howler monkeys on most nights and got to see a lot of hummingbirds and a toucan while eating breakfast. I highly recommend...

"We wanted to disconnect a little and experience the rainforest and we could not have had a better place to stay. The cabana was beautiful, well unkept, and had everything we need. The staff was excellent and the food from the restaurant was more than we could eat. Tons of beautiful plants and birds, and the creek was a really nice place to relax and float. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Mariposa, the tone was set the moment we arrived. We checked in late and I went to go run in to give our information, our server Robby insured that he needed to greet us properly and asked all our guests to come in for a welcome drink which we thoroughly enjoyed, the kitchen was also waiting on to offer us dinner before they went home for the evening.
