"We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again"

"The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing. "

"Fix it up! The view is amazing. The location is great and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful"

"Hotel pequeno mas muito bem cuidado, cafe da Manha preparado com carinho, equipe muito simpatica, boa localizacao proxima ao centro, estacionamento coberto"

"Muito boa estadia ... Hotel central, próximo da rodoviária, da principal avenida com muitos restaurante e lojas ... Muito bom café da manhã ... Equipe muito cordial e atenciosa."

"Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also"

"Wonderful lake view with professional services in breakfast. So nice white doggy and black cat."

"Das Zimmer, die Umgebung, das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotelpersonals. "

"Beautiful setting, gracious hosts, wonderful cabaña. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. "

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals.
