"The hotel is well situated and is considered a historical site in the Cali culture. While it is well maintained, it is very evident that it has not been remodeled since the early 90s. The room and it’s bathroom felt dated. Also, keep in mind that they do not have transportation; thus, you have to arrange for taxis or private car service unlike other hotels in the area. This was a little uncomfortable considering we left the hotel before 5:00 am for an early flight departure. Despite these factors, everyone was very attentive, helpful and professional. Their breakfast is outstanding. They also have a great pool and park for small children, with convenient access to a Juan Valdez and a local bank."
