"Beautiful property, gorgeous room always cleaned and towels changed etc Only problem was no drawers for any clothes and a very small wardrobe space for such a large room"

"The location was great, the breakfasts too, place was sufficiently clean but not immaculate, the entrance and backyard and court could have used some attention, the biggest issue was the internet which was down upon checkin and not functional, hotel mentioned that the service was down but when they suggested I change to their internal wifi the problem was resolved. It cost us some data in our plan however. All in all the stay was good and the value makes it worthwhile"

"The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good."

My room was facing an open street terrace with the extreme late night noise and a farmers market for the very early setup noise. Couple this with garbage/recycing pickup and street cleanup at 4am, it impossible to sleep because the windows are not soundproof. During daytime the room is much quieter…"

"We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight.
