"The hotel is in prime location, the staff amazing, however, it has some issues, the temperature in the room March 7,8,026....it was 13/15 degree outside, but inside the room it was too hot for me. I suggest to get electric fans available, (no A/C) in winter. The roof tapas bar was closed for renovations, not good...."

"Beautiful hotel in the center, easy walking to all the sights and restaurants. Only complaint was that for a 5 star hotel we were not offered assistance with our bags and there was no nightly turn down service. Music in the breakfast area/ lobby was too loud. "
