"The rooms, bathrooms and common spaces were comfortable and beautiful but there were not enough staff. Service in the bar for example was extremely slow as there was only one bartende, who also needed to serve as waiter and cashier, in a large space that was very busy. It was also unclear what snacks or food was available in the bar area and we noted several other clients had the same question."

"5 star hotel although timing of visit was bad due to street festival near by, created loud music until early in the morning. Very helpful front desk staff! And amazing breakfast."

"Apart from how excellent this accommodation was, I felt like staying in a royal castle. The rich history, smell of the old castle, furniture and surroundings add so much to the experience. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had an early morning train so they were so accommodating in packing our to-go breakfasts. Very happy and glad I stayed here. "
