"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Apartment was clean, well equipped and block was quiet. Nice and comfortable. Good location in the city and close to main train station. Also close to bus route for the airport."

"Wir haben 3 Nächte übernachtet. Leider hatten wir die letzte Suite bekommen. Diese war sehr dunkel. Die Tauben direkt vor dem Fenster zum Innenhof waren sehr störend. Das Bett für die dritte Person war sehr hard. Das Personal hat uns auf Nachfrage noch eine Matratze zur Verfügung gestellt. Ansonsten alle sehr nett. Die Bar war top. Hotel lag in der City. War vom Zimmer mal abgesehen alles super."

"Absolut zu Empfehlen, saubere Zimmer, Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig!"

"Frühstück und Zimmer waren ganz okay! Das Personal ist nicht gerade sehr freundlich! Es ist halt nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Familien geführten Hotel! Dafür ist es preislich günstiger!"

"Es war ein toller Zwischenstopp für uns. Die Lage am See perfekt. Der See war sauber, warm und eine tolle Bademöglichkeit. Direkt Urlaubsfeeling bei der Anreise bekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, freundlich. Es lohnt sich eine Nacht länger zu bleiben. Frühstück gut. Ausbaufähig. Schmeckt lecker und man wird satt. Hätte aber noch die Möglichkeit mit Lachs oder heimischen Spezialitäten geben dürfen. Wir haben über eine Plattform gebucht. Direkte Buchung übers Hotel wäre günstiger...

"Das Hotel hat, zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung, das beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gehabt. Abgesehen vom Preis war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war sehr angenehm und groß, das Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich vielfältig und ausgesprochen gut. Hotelgästen wird ein Rabatt im Restaurant gewährt. Parkplätze sind auf dem Hotelgelände vor dem Hoteleingang vorhanden. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen."
