"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online."

"市の中心部のバスターミナルから歩いて５分。近くにスーパーもあり買い物も便利。空港からHeligengeistplatzバスターミナルまではバスで20分程度。ホテルはすぐに見つけることができた。朝食追加で28ユーロ（約5000円）かかる点が残念。今回は朝食なしで滞在しました。ビジネス、観光どちらにもおすすめです。"

"Kurzfristig gebucht, Super freundliches Personal, leckeres frisches Frühstück, sauberes großes Zimmer-völlig gerechtfertigt Preis. Werde sicher wieder bei der Kette buchen. 100% zufrieden!!!!!"

"Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings wird das Hotel im Moment umgebaut und so stehen fast vor jedem Zimmer Gerüste. Bauarbeiten unter der Woche und das wohl bis 2027."
