"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"

"Apartment was clean, well equipped and block was quiet. Nice and comfortable. Good location in the city and close to main train station. Also close to bus route for the airport."

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Personale gentilissimo. La camera molto pulita ma in 3 giorni non hanno mai pulito e sistemato la camera, probabilmente all'estero funziona così, ma avevamo asciugamani puliti per tutto il soggiorno già in camera. Hotel situato in una zona centralissima e comoda per girare la città. Zona tranquilla e senza caos. Un po' tutto costoso in generale, parcheggi soprattutto. Se dovessi tornare in questa città ritornerei in questo hotel sicuramente."

"Ganz fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche für Groß und Klein. Schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, tolle Angebote für Kinder und auch für Erwachsene. Schwimmbecken und Spa-Bereich ist super und auch die umliegenden Angebote sind sehr vielfältig. Ich würde mich noch freuen, wenn es den koffeinfreien Kaffee auch an der Bar frei zugänglich gäbe, so wie beim Frühstück ;)"

"Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für das sehr dünne Toilettenpapier und die fehlenden Kosmetiktücher im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut, besonders der Latte Macchiato hat uns gefallen. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung, könnte aber etwas größer sein. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Auch für Radfahrer ist das Hotel ideal gelegen, und die Innenstadt ist bequem zu...

"Simple and elegant! If you’re looking for something with a quaint and quiet vibe, this place is perfect. We slept well, breakfast selection was great and we had made to order eggs. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace, the kids played with the toys/games available (soccer, basketball, giant connect 4 and the trampoline). We loved our stay!"

"Trotz Buchung über Expedia, angeblich keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Buchung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden. Check out lt. Buchung bis 10.00h, niemand vor Ort um auszuchecken. Sämtliche Anrufe bei hinterlegten Nummern gingen ins Leere oder an Personen die nicht weiter helfen konnten. Overall schöne Anlage aber Umgang mit Gästen sehr ärgerlich. "
