"Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, but I personally would not choose to stay here again, as I found better options available.
The location is excellent and probably one of the biggest highlights of this property. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to explore the area.
The staff, however, was a disappointment. I found them to be quite distant and unfriendly, and when I asked for dining recommendations or local suggestions, they did not seem very interested in...

"Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient.
Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "

"Esta en el puerto, bien ubicada, puedes andar caminando con toda seguridad ,el centro esta cerca, lo unico q a la entrada esta un negocio q vende pan y siempre esta lleno, te dificulta el accesos a las instalaciones y si llevas maletas peor, muy estrictos con el check inn, ni un minuto antes"

"The hotel staff was amazing, We got assistance with early check in after red eye and not sleeping with kids. The property is clean, roomy, center location to all necessities. Was happy that they were able to provide fan and opened window was a huge plus. Can’t thank enough for memorable time in Iceland and for accommodating me and my family"

"Drove in after 11pm. Was offered an interior room on the 3rd floor overlooking the noisy reception area. Room was stifling hot. Only ventilation is a small 2 inch opening on one of the windows into the noisy atrium. Was told there are no other rooms available. Was given a tiny table fan to help cool the room. Awful room for $260 a night. Do not recommend."
