"Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. "Rooms were very nice, the staff was courteous, but I felt there were not enough staff during breakfast. Food was very good, and the wine fountain was great! We spent the afternoon at the terrace which was delightful, and the bartender there was excellent."
