"Loved my stay at White Caps, not the most luxurious motel in Wildwood but the room was great for what we needed and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a nice kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, and the beds were king sized which is rare for a motel I’ve ever stayed at. It is a block and a half away from the boardwalk/beach which is amazing. We went in October so it was the off season but the price was unbeatable and they even upgraded our room for free. "Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future...
