The staff was impeccable. They genuinely pay attention to you and learn who you are and what you need, rather than treating you like just another guest. The attention to detail was incredible.
One small gesture really stood out. My son and I had an early excursion and wouldn’t have time to sit down for the complimentary breakfast. The staff actually put together a goodie bag for my son to take with him so he wouldn’t miss out. That small gesture meant a lot and says everything about their hospitality.
