"Felt like we hit it out of the park at the resort. Super laid back and on one of the best and most beautiful beaches on the pacific side. Breakfast was great, bars had fun drinks, pool was spacious and great for the kids… and again, proximity and location to the beach was the highlight. Results were like the pictures and the staff was accommodating and friendly."

"The facilities were nice and kept clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the food. Yes its a buffet, the food is a 6 out of 10. It didnt have a lot of flavor and they served a lot of the same things for all three meals amd everyday. After about three days you are totally burned out. I was only able to eat at the Italian resturant once. It was a very good experience. The food there is gaood. Overall i would stay there again but only for a few days. "

"Beautiful property and amazing amenities. Truly a luxury experience that matches the price tag. It was great to stay here for 2 nights and relax. The beach and pool were fantastic, as was all the food we tried. Their restaurants are phenomenal. However, we only did 2 nights because there isn’t much else to do. A great little reprieve from the adventures of Costa Rica. "

"The hotel rooms were very clean and simple but you don't need nothing more than that. The food and the services and the pool and common areas were exceptional. They even have breakfast and dinner and yoga , breathing and mindfulness classes included."

"Beautiful property with rooms interspersed within the natural flora of the area. We spotted multiple monkeys within the trees during our stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, with great air conditioning and hot water. There were a few bugs in the room throughout the stay, but this is a trade-off for being in such a natural setting. "Inside of Conchal hotel made you feel like you were not next to a busy street with its beautiful plants and trees cascaded all over. All the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. We were particularly pleased with the front desk agent Jennifer and our morning server Donald. We forgot the name of our first server but he was very friendly and Welcoming as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in the jungle surrounded by animals and beautiful plants. We will definitely be back!!! "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was somewhat clean—not spotless, but acceptable for a short stay. Had the basic amenities. Bonus for having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, no major complaints there.
