"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Room was beautiful but neighbors were loud the front desk was helpful and moved our room when the could. The spa and the hot pools are something you have to see to understand great hotel it was my third time back "
