"Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. "Slow and arduous check in process. Not only do they manually inspect your credit card, they run a $1 charge on it for all 3rd party bookings. The food is lacklustre. Even the gallo pinto was burned. "PROS: - AMAZING property. We hangout at the pool almost every day. There are only 5 rooms (3 bungalows and 2 'glamping' tents) so it was almost like we had a private pool every day. "The stay at the villa was wonderful, a very short walk from the sea, private parking, from the balcony you can see a lot of green views and treetops. The personal pool was perfect and the hospitality of the owner was great. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet area. "The hotel is amazing! The stuff even better! All the property is surrounding with an amazing views, probably the must beautiful views in Costa Rica! Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous!
