"Great location and property on the edge of ‘town’. Gated with security guard at night & staff during the day. Room was basic and clean. Bathroom & shower was remodeled & nice. Small fridge & cold A/C with remote. Beautiful porch overlooking to pool. Lots of shade. Breakfast is included each morning. Eggs cooked to order, sausage, basic cereals, toast, coffee & orange juice. Everyone super friendly. Long walk into COCO Beach town, but convenient store 1 block, 6/7 mins walk to Ocotal Beach. 2 restaurants on beach. Father Chicken is the fabulous spot! I could have eaten there every night. Great atmosphere. Drawbacks to this B&B? The iguanas run around the metal roof all night long, but you are in Costa Rica and it’s all part of the culture & experience! Also, they provide towels but NO WASH/FACE CLOTHS. Well worth the price and very safe! "
