"Excelent attention"

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The property is absolutely beautiful—every space, including the gym, is thoughtfully designed with a cozy yet stunning atmosphere. What truly stood out was the service. Everywhere I went, I was greeted by name, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. I especially want to mention the gentleman who checked me in—I regret not remembering his name, but he went above and beyond, offering great tips about Montevideo and always greeting me with a warm smile. I also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the meals were consistently good. Combined with its excellent location, this made for a wonderful stay. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"C'est l'arrivée qui est très problématique à cet endroit car le no de porte n'est pas donné avant et ils ne repondent pas au téléphone seulement sur wattsapp de plus les sugnaux cellulaires ne se rendent pas a la porte. Si un bon samaritain ne vous ouvre pas tant pis pour vous. À part ca c'est un endroit bien tenu, propre et vraiment mais vraiment bien situé. Et quand vous finissez par communiquer avec eux ils sont très avenants"

"Nice restaurant, good breakfast, wine, view, lake, close to the airport. Laundromat available!!!"

"I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. The sheets did not tuck in to the bed so did not stay out through the night and we were surprised to see that there was no seating on the rooftop terrace - that seemed like an easy thing to do to make the terrace usable with its lovely view."
