"I stayed five nights at The Ritz Carlton, Abama and ultimately checked out one day early. The resort is beautiful and the food was excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience fell well below what I would expect from a Ritz Carlton. Cons - Extremely slow service, with most requests taking one to two hours - Luggage took approximately 1.5 hours and four calls to arrive - My allergies were not properly acknowledged, including being given red wine despite my stated allergy and strawberries...
