"I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I had booked a hotel room and when I went to check in they found my name but there was a technical error that did not register my booking. At this point I was told that there hotel was full and I could not stay even though I showed my booking confirmation code and showed my identification. The reception staff apologised for this and stated thay there was nothing more that they could do. The staff helped direct me into the Gibraltar jurisdiction."

"The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers.
There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away...

"The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over.
Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre.
The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared...
