Cari Hotel di Cairns

"rooms dated....needs a major refresh. Breakfast was horrible...nothing like other Shangri-la properties."

"Property is being worked on and will be better soon. Good views off balcony. Fridge could have had a better clean."

"Great location and reliable choice of stay. Room was great and bed very comfortable."

"Fine værelser"

"The property is at a prime position in Cairns - walking distance to all attractions, but!!! It desperately needs an update to its 1980’s rooms! Bed was rock hard and furniture old, scraped, marked and tired. Staff are rude and not helpful. Will NEVER stay there again"

"Sunho from front desk was excellent and very helpful. He wasn't the one check in for us but I was very impressed the way how to handle customers and very polite and make sure he answer all the questions when asked."

"Perfect location, walking distance to most things :) Pool is beautiful, pool bar drinks/food options are great! Staff were helpful & happy everyday :) View from room was AMAZING, my request was met! Can’t wait to be back, relaxing holiday:)"

"Brilliant stay"

"The beach and reef were beautiful and the trip from Cairns quick but the resort itself was quite run down. The restaurant was expensive and empty most nights (shows its lack of appeal) and we only had breakfast one morning - $35 pp for a buffet breakfast of cheap ingredients was not really good value for money. The shop had nothing really of use and no prices labelled so was likely extortionate. The cafe/bar was ok but the food also clearly cheap fried fare with barely any vegetarian options (as...

"Breakfast is on the top floor and you have a great view over the marina/esplanade!"
