Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent
"Adriana at the reception was awesome. Always friendly and so helpful. By the buffet Julien is always our favorite waiter. He knows after 2 days what you drink, waits for you and is so funny. His service is exeptional and just great!!!!! Sore spot was the Steakhouse. New York steak horrible, shrimp coctail with ketchup sauce. Bread was really good. Service by Adan and Guiseppe impeccable. Food in buffet always plenty with great selections. Every day different country or continent. Italien restaurant very good, Guacamole restaurant dissappointing. All in all highly recommend!!!!!"
