"We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone.
